(A) The legislative authority of a city shall provide a seal for the City Auditor, in the center of which shall be the name of the city, and around the margin the words “City Auditor”, an impression of which seal shall be affixed to all transcripts, orders, certificates or other papers requiring authentication.
(B) Staffing in the Auditor’s Office shall be as follows:
(1) One elected City Auditor;
(2) One full-time Deputy Auditor; and
(3) Two full-time Account Clerks.
(C) The Auditor, Deputy Clerk and Account Clerks’ pay chart shall be as follows:
