§ 155.159  FUNERAL HOME OR MORTUARY OR CREMATORIUM.
   (A)   The minimum lot area shall be 40,000 square feet.
   (B)   The site shall have direct vehicular access to an arterial or collector street.
   (C)   Crematoriums are permitted as an accessory use to these land uses.
