§ 31.15  SALARY FOR TAX COLLECTOR.
   (A)   The Council of the borough herewith fixes the salary of the elected Tax Collector of the borough at $4,000 per year.
   (B)   Said salary to be applicable to taxes collected for the year 1974 and thereafter.
