(A) Any person violating any provision of this chapter, for which no other penalty is provided, shall be subject to the penalty provisions of § 10.99. (B) Any person who violates any provision of § § 74.01, or any condition of any permit granted under § 74.01, upon conviction, shall be sentenced to pay a fine of $25 and costs. (C) Any person who violates any provision of § 74.02 shall, upon conviction, be sentenced to pay a fine of $5 and costs.
