Any person violating any of the rules, regulations, or provisions of this title, unless otherwise provided, shall be punished by a fine of not less than fifty dollars ($50.00) nor more than the maximum fine imposed by 65 Illinois Compiled Statutes 5/1-2-1 (currently $750.00) per offense and may be required to pay related fees and costs, including fees for the towing and/or storage of towed or impounded vehicles.
