A. Drivers of vehicles must, at all times, comply with any direction, by voice or hand, of any member of the police force, as to place, speed, or stopping, starting, approaching, or pulling from any place, the manner of taking out or setting down passengers or loading or unloading goods at any place.
B. Drivers of vehicles must, at all times, comply with the instructions of any traffic sign or signal placed in view by authority of the City Council or in accordance with the laws of the State of Illinois. All signs established by direction of the City Council shall conform to the State standards for traffic signs or signals. (Ord. 1993-5, 1-11-1994)
