9-1-1: DEFINITIONS:
CONGESTED DISTRICT: That part of the City described as follows: Mulholland Street from Wells Street east to Wilcox Street, Bluff Street from Mulholland Street north to Knight Street, and Page Street from White Street north to Knight Street.
DRIVER: The rider and driver of a horse or horses, the rider of wheels, the operator of motor vehicles.
HISTORICAL DISTRICT: That part of the City described as follows: Water Street from Durphy to Bain Streets, Bain Street from Water to White Streets, White Street from Bain to Durphy Streets, Durphy Street from White to Water Streets.
HORSES: All domestic animals.
VEHICLE: Equestrians, led horses, carts, drays, omnibuses, carriages, buggies, wagons, motor vehicles, automobiles, motorcycles, and all other vehicles used for transporting persons or property on the public streets, however drawn, driven or propelled, except carts, carriages and barrows propelled by hand.
