5-1-6: AUTHORITY TO CONTRACT FOR ABATEMENT SERVICES:

The Mayor or other designated City official may execute contracts in order to provide for City abatement as provided for in this chapter, provided that the fees charged shall be by the hour or by the square foot and that any special charges for extra work or for disposal costs are clearly identified.
