It shall be unlawful for any person to create or maintain, or to permit the creation or maintenance of, a nuisance (as defined above) upon property under that person's control. A person who does so shall be guilty of a violation of this section, and the violation shall be punished as set forth in this chapter. Nothing herein shall be construed to limit the right to also seek injunctive or other equitable relief. (Ord. 2013-5, 12-10-2013)
