No license shall be granted for a term longer than one year and all licenses shall expire on May 10 next following their issuance. Every license shall be signed by the mayor, attested to by the city clerk under the corporate seal. No license shall be valid until signed as aforesaid, nor shall any person be deemed to be licensed until the license has been issued to him. There shall be a ten dollar ($10.00) renewal fee if the license is not renewed by May 10 each year. (Ord. 2002-6, 9-10-2002)
