4-1-7: DECLINE OF APPLICATIONS:
If in any case the mayor shall decline to grant an application for license for any purpose or for the transfer of any license, the mayor shall communicate such application to the council at the next regular or adjourned meeting thereof for its action thereon. (Ord. 2002-6, 9-10-2002)
