(a) By the passage of this chapter, it is the expressed intention of Council to use one hundred percent (100%) of the funds derived from the imposition of the tax authorized by Ohio R.C. 5739.08 and Section 191.02 to supplement the general funds of the City for the general benefit of the City.
(b) By the passage of this chapter, it is the expressed intention of Council to use the funds derived from the imposition of the tax authorized under Ohio R.C. 5739.09 and Section 191.03 to establish a convention and visitors' bureau and that one hundred percent (100%) of the funds collected by the Finance Director/designee for such excise tax shall be distributed to a Convention and Visitors' Bureau located within the County.
