171.04 DUTIES AND POWERS.

   The duties and powers of members of the Board shall be as follows:

   (a)   To hear and resolve complaints made against the City under the ADA in accordance with the provisions of this chapter;

   (b)   To establish a public information source for requirements of the ADA; and

   (c)   Any other duties and powers granted by Council.
