Every building erected on a parcel of land shall be provided with a lot or parcel of land in accordance with the lot size regulations of the district within which it is located. Minimum setback requirements applicable to the zone where the building is being erected shall apply, except that where a “common wall” exists, such as a shopping mall, the setback for such common wall shall equal zero.
