137.07 FINANCE DIRECTOR’S BOND.

The Finance Director shall give bond in a minimal penal sum of fifty thousand dollars ($50,000) with a corporate surety authorized to do business in the State of Ohio. This bond shall be contracted by Council and the expense thereof paid by the City.
