137.04 SEAL.

A seal shall be provided for the Finance Director, in the center of which shall be the word "Napoleon" and around the margin of which shall be the words "Finance Director." The Finance Director shall cause an impression of this seal to be affixed to all deeds, transcripts, orders, certificates, negotiable instruments, and other documents requiring authentication.
