(a) The City of Napoleon, Ohio authorizes the procedures described in divisions (C) and (D) of Section 3929.86 of the Ohio Revised Code.
(b) The City Finance Director is directed to file a certified copy of this section of these Codified Ordinances with the Superintendent of Insurance.
(c) The City Finance Director shall be the designated officer to carry out the duties as found in Section 3929.86 of the Ohio Revised Code to the extent required by division (C) of said section.
