These Rules and Procedures, or any part thereof, may be amended at any time by approved motion of the commission, with a majority of the members thereof concurring and upon approval by ordinance or resolution of council.
These Rules and Procedures, and any amendments thereto, shall be placed on file with the office of the city finance director (or council clerk when one exists) of Napoleon, Ohio for public inspection during regular business hours and any ordinance or resolution of council approving the adoption or amending said Rules and Procedures shall be published in a paper of general circulation of the city or by electronic media in full text or summary form.
