No Person shall cut any curb on any of the streets or highways within the City without first having secured a permit to do so. The permit will be issued by the City Engineering Department upon the condition that Permit Holder cut or reinstall said curb at Permit Holder's expense, whichever is applicable as determined by the City Engineer, to City specifications.
In addition to any other fees, an inspection fee of one dollar ($1.00) per lineal foot shall be charged for the cutting of any curbs.
