175.05 APPLICATIONS FOR VARIATIONS.

An application for a variation from the regulations of the City's Planning and Zoning Code shall be filed in writing with the Zoning Administrator. Such application shall contain information as required by the Board, and shall be filed by or on behalf of the legal or beneficial owner of the property for which a variation is sought.
