1335.26 ISSUANCE AND DENIAL.
   (a)   Issuance. The Administrator shall issue a permit and permit sticker or tag for the erection, structural alteration, or relocation of a sign within five days of receipt of a valid application, provided that the sign complies with all application criteria and provided that the sign complies with all applicable laws and regulations of the City. In all applications, where a matter of interpretation arises, the Sign Code shall be interpreted pursuant to Section 1335.04.
   (b)   Denial or Suspension. When a permit is denied, the Administrator shall within five days, give a written notice to the applicant along with a brief statement of the reasons for denial, citing code sections and interpretation of possible nonconformity. The Administrator may suspend permit for any false statement or misrepresentation of fact in the application.
