1335.20 LOSS OF LEGAL NONCONFORMING STATUS.

   A legal nonconforming sign may lose this designation if:

   (a)   The sign is relocated or replaced.

   (b)   The structure or size of the sign is altered in any way except toward compliance with this Sign Code. This does not refer to change of copy of normal maintenance.
