1335.13 INSURANCE.
   All persons involved in the maintenance, installation, alteration, or relocation of signs close enough to any public right-of-way that constitute a traffic obstruction or hazard, or could otherwise jeopardize anyone using a public right-of-way within the City, shall upon demand of the Administrator, file with the City a satisfactory certificate of insurance naming the City as an additional insured in an amount of not less than one million dollars ($1,000,000).
