The National Property Maintenance Code, Fifth Edition, 1996, as published by Building Officials and Code Administrators (BOCA) International, Inc., is adopted hereby as the property maintenance code of the City for the control of buildings and structures as therein provided; and each and all of the regulations of such National Property Maintenance Code are hereby referred to, adopted and made a part hereof, as if fully set out in this section.
