Any person using or participating in any City recreation facility and/or program during the period of that person’s exclusion from that facility and/or program or any person who having failed to pay the fee for admission to or required for a given facility and/or program shall use or wrongfully gain access to a City recreation facility and/or program after the deadline for payment of the fee shall be deemed in violation of Section 2911.21 of the Ohio Revised Code (Criminal Trespass). Such person shall be subject to prosecution as in other cases under Section 2921.11 of the Ohio Revised Code.
