955.04 UNNECESSARY INTERFERENCE.
   Any person, no matter what age, using or participating in a City recreation facility and/or program whose behavior or conduct interferes unnecessarily with other persons' rightful use or enjoyment of the facility and/or program shall be excluded from the same. The City representative or agent responsible for that particular recreation facility and/or program shall be the sole judge of what constitutes unnecessary interference. The exact terms of and duration of a person's exclusion from a given City recreation facility and/or program shall be set by the City representative or agent making the decision to exclude that person.
