925.23 PROHIBITION AGAINST PLACING HAZARDOUS OR INFECTIOUS WASTE FOR COLLECTION.

It shall be a violation of this chapter for any person to place hazardous or infectious waste for collection, removal or disposal by the City's Sanitation Department.
