901.99 PENALTY.

(a) Whoever violates Section 901.01(b) or (c) is guilty of a minor misdemeanor. Each day that a violation exists or continues to exist shall constitute a separate offense and shall be punishable accordingly.

(b) Whoever violates Section 901.03 is guilty of a minor misdemeanor.
