In the event that the City Manager or his or her designee denies, suspends, or revokes any permit, notice shall be served upon the applicant or agent or servant thereof and the applicant may within ten days appeal such denial, suspension, or revocation to the Safety and Human Resource Committee of Council by filing notice of appeal with the City Finance Director and payment of a nonrefundable thirty-five dollars ($35.00) filing fee. The Committee’s decision shall be a final order. The filing of an appeal does not stay an order of suspension or revocation.
