The City Manager or his or her designee is authorized and empowered to deny, suspend, or revoke any permit issued or to be issued pursuant to this chapter, for reasonable cause, including but not limited to: the Manager or his or her designee finding that the applicant, operator or sponsoring agent failed to meet any criteria of the application, or failed to meet Zoning or Fire Codes, or failed to provide security, or that condition exists with the entertainment that is detrimental to the public peace, health or safety of our citizens, or that a violation, direct or indirect, of this chapter, has occurred.
