(a) A certificate of registration issued under this chapter shall be revoked by the City Finance Director for any of the following causes:
(1) It is subsequently determined that the registrant provided false, misleading, deceptive, or incomplete information in completing the application set forth in this chapter, or has violated the other provisions of this chapter;
(2) The registrant is convicted of a felony violation or misdemeanor violation involving moral turpitude or acts of force or violence. The registrant is convicted of a violation of any provision of this chapter.
(3) The registrant is found to be in violation of the Ohio Consumer Sales Practices Act and Substantive Rules revised 1991 or the Home Solicitation Sales Act revised 1991.
(b) Written notice shall be given to the registrant in person or by certified mail immediately upon such revocation, if certified mail is not accepted, then such notice shall be by regular U.S. mail to the last known address of registrant.
(c) In the case of revocation, no fee shall be refunded.
