503.10 ORDER OF ABATEMENT.
   In all cases where the City Manager shall have determined, after hearing, or notice of hearing and default, that any nuisance shall be abated, he or she shall issue an order requiring the abatement of the nuisance within a time named in the order, and shall have served the order of abatement upon the person who maintains, operates, or permits the nuisances. In the event the nuisance is not abated by the party himself or herself within the time provided in the order, which shall be a reasonable time under the circumstances, the City Manager shall forthwith cause the nuisance to be abated. All expenses incurred shall, when approved by the Council, be paid out of the money in the treasury of the City. Service of the order of abatement may be accomplished in the same manner as identified in Section 503.08.
