351.15 TRUCKS, TRAILERS, OVERSIZE VEHICLES.

No person shall park any semitractor, or any other vehicle that is of such size or weight that it weighs more than 7,000 pounds, or is longer than twenty-four feet, or is wider than eight feet, or is higher than eight feet, upon any street or alley for longer than is necessary for loading or unloading such vehicle.
