Any permit may be revoked by the City Manager, upon the concurrence of decision by the City Finance Director, upon discovering that information furnished in the application was fraudulent, or rules and regulations relating to an public property or public parks have been violated, or upon the discovery that reasonable conditions or restrictions placed on the permit have been violated.
