§ 35.01 PURPOSE.
   It is the intent of the city to repeal its gross revenue tax levied on gas and electricity and adopt the municipal energy sales and use tax, pursuant to, and in conformance with, UCA §§ 10-1-301 et seq., the Municipal Energy Sales and Use Tax Act.
