(A) May be required. As part of any notice, order or action, the Administrative Code Enforcement Hearing Officer has the authority to require responsible persons to post a performance bond to ensure compliance with this code, applicable state codes or any judicial action.
(B) Forfeit of bond. If the responsible person fails to comply with the notice, order or action, the bond will be forfeited to the city. The bond will not be used to offset the other outstanding costs and fees associated with the case.
