§ 153.155 TABLE OF USES.
   (A)   (1)   The table of uses identifies the uses allowed within each zoning district and provides a definition for each use.
      (2)   The table of uses identifies uses allowed as a permitted use (identified as “P” in the table of uses), uses allowed as a conditional use (identified as “C” in the table of uses), and uses allowed as a temporary use (identified as “T” in the table of uses). Uses identified as “X” in the table of uses are determined to be prohibited uses in the zoning district.
      (3)   Uses not identified as permitted, conditional or temporary are deemed to be prohibited uses in the residential, agricultural and mobile home park zoning districts.
      (4)   Uses not identified as permitted, conditional or temporary may be considered as conditional uses in the mixed use and commercial zoning districts.
   (B)   Additionally, MHP-1 is a special purpose district, not a separate zone, located within or on top of either R-7.5, C-1 or MU District. RA-1 is an overlay within the R-15 District.
