§ 151.01 DEFINITIONS.
   For the purpose of this chapter, the following definitions shall apply unless the context clearly indicates or requires a different meaning.
   DEPENDENT-INDEPENDENT UNITS. All units denominated either as a mobile home or as a travel trailer or camper shall be denominated as to whether they are dependent or independent. DEPENDENT UNITS shall be those which do not have a toilet and bathtub/shower. No unit shall be treated as a mobile home for the purpose of this chapter unless it shall be completely independent, having both toilet and bathtub/shower.
   MAN CAMP. A temporary, mobile housing unit, wheeled or on a skid, which is owned, operated or leased by an industrial entity, housing temporary commercial workers. The unit must meet local building codes for property square footage, setbacks and housing square footage per person. A building inspection fee will be required at every setup.
   MANUFACTURED HOME. A detached single-family dwelling unit not less than 1,050 square feet of living area or any combination thereof, designed for long term occupancy, and to be transported on its own wheels or on a flatbed or detachable wheels; containing a flush toilet, sleeping accommodations, a tub or shower bath, kitchen facilities and attachment to appropriate external systems ready for occupancy except for utility connection and other minor work. Presectionalized, modular or prefabricated houses not placed on a permanent foundation shall be regarded as MANUFACTURED HOMES; if placed upon a permanent foundation, such structures which meet all applicable building and housing codes shall not be considered as manufactured homes, but shall be regulated as conventional housing; and manufactured homes which are so placed on permanent foundations and meet all applicable building and housing codes shall be regulated as conventional housing. The term MANUFACTURED HOME does not include travel trailers, camper units, recreational vehicles, motor homes or man camps.
   MOBILE HOME. A movable living unit designed to be transported after fabrication on its own wheels, attached wheels or lowboy; suitable for year round occupancy and containing a flush toilet, sleeping accommodations, a tub and/or shower bath, kitchen facilities, plumbing and electrical connections provided for attachment to appropriate external systems. The term MOBILE HOME shall not include conventional houses which are manufactured elsewhere and moved into an area for use as permanent housing.
   MOBILE HOME PARK. An area or tract of land dedicated to use as an area for parking and utilization of mobile homes, on a full or part time basis.
   RESIDENTIAL FENCING MATERIAL. Vinyl, masonry, wrought iron style (metal), wood and chainlink. Fencing shall be of materials originally intended for fencing and shall not include materials intended for other purposes. RESIDENTIAL FENCING MATERIALS which are excluded are metal panels, barbed or razor wire, and livestock fence.
   TRAVEL TRAILER, RECREATIONAL VEHICLE or CAMPER. A portable vehicle with or without motive power, designed as a temporary dwelling for travel, recreation or vacation use, that does not require a special highway movement permit when drawn by a self-propelled motor vehicle.
   TRAVEL TRAILER COURT. An area or tract of land used to accommodate two or more travel trailers, camper units, recreational vehicles, motor homes, camping parties or man camps.
