§ 90.02 JURISDICTION; COPIES ON FILE.
   (A)   For general public health matters, the city is under the jurisdiction of the County Health Officer, acting for the State Board of Health.
   (B)   Copies of the state and county health regulations can be examined at the Duchesne County health office in Duchesne or Roosevelt.
