§ 72.03 DESIGNATION OF OFF HIGHWAY VEHICLE ROUTES.

   All city streets, roads, and alleys within the city limits are allowable routes for OHVs except for U.S. Highway 40. The following described intersections are hereby designated as state highway crossings:

   (A)   Main Street and Highway 40;

   (B)   100 North and Highway 40; and

   (C)   300 North and Highway 40.
