For the purpose of this chapter, the following definitions shall apply unless the context clearly indicates or requires a different meaning.
ALL-TERRAIN TYPE I VEHICLE. Fifty inches or less in width, having an unladed dry weight of 800 pounds or less, traveling on three or more low pressure tires, having a seat designated to be straddled by the operator, and designed for or capable of travel over unimproved terrain.
ALL-TERRAIN TYPE II VEHICLE.
(1) Any other motor vehicle, not defined in this section designed for or capable of travel over unimproved terrain.
(2) Does not include golf carts, any vehicle designed to carry a disabled person, any vehicle not specifically designed for recreational use, or farm tractors.
OFF HIGHWAY VEHICLE (OHV). Any snowmobile, all-terrain type I vehicle, all-terrain type II vehicle or motorcycle.
