(A) Each utility customer receiving city water and/or sewer services at standard billing rates shall be charged $2 per month to be dedicated for the payment of lighting city streets.
(B) Each utility customer receiving city water and/or sewer services at senior or disabled low income rates shall be charged $1 per month to be dedicated for the payment of lighting city streets.
(C) Charges shall be billed on the combined monthly utility billing statement and subject to the terms of the city’s adopted utility billing collection policy and procedures.
(D) Future revisions to this section shall be by resolution of the City Council.
