§ 33.99 PENALTY.
   (A)   Any person violating any provision of this chapter for which no specific penalty is prescribed shall be subject to § 10.99.
   (B)   Violation of § 33.01(A) is punishable by a fine of $10.
   (C)   Any person signing any name other than his or her own to a petition, or knowingly signing his or her name more than once for the same measure at one election, who is not at the time of signing the same a legal voter of the city, or any officer or other person violating any of the provisions of §§ 33.15 through 33.22, shall, upon conviction thereof, be punished by a fine not exceeding $500, or by imprisonment in the City Jail not exceeding six months, or by both fine and imprisonment in the discretion of the Municipal Court.
