§ 33.62 CLAIM FILING PROCEDURES.

(A) A person seeking to file a claim under this subchapter must comply with the applicable provisions of ORS 195.300 through 195.336, in addition to the provisions of this subchapter.

(B) The city will process all claims in accordance with the relevant provisions of ORS 195.300 through 195.336.
