(A) Except as otherwise provided in division (B) below, the words and phrases used herein shall have the meaning set forth in ORS 195.300.
(B) For the purpose of this subchapter, the following definitions shall apply unless the context clearly indicates or requires a different meaning.
CITY MANAGER. The City Manager of the City of Myrtle Point, or his or her designee.
EXEMPT LAND USE REGULATION. A land use regulation described in ORS 195.305(5) or 195.308.
