§ 152.37 CONSTRUCTION OF SIDEWALKS, CROSSWALKS AND CURBS.
   (A)   All sidewalks, crosswalks and curbs, except as otherwise provided in this section, shall be constructed of cement with a concrete foundation.
   (B)   All sidewalks, crosswalks and curbs shall be laid according to the plans and specifications of the City Engineer or the City Council and shall conform wherever possible to the established grade.
   (C)   Nothing contained in this section shall be construed to preclude the City Council from ordering wooden sidewalks where there is no established grade, or where it is difficult to establish such grade, or where the City Council may deem it advisable and expedient to have such wooden sidewalks.
   (D)   All sidewalks and crosswalks constructed of concrete and cement, and not otherwise provided for in this section, shall be five feet in width and four inches in thickness.
   (E)   All curbs not otherwise provided for in this section shall be of concrete and cement and six inches in thickness and 12 inches in depth and shall conform to the grades of the adjacent street and nearby sidewalk.
   (F)   All sidewalks, crosswalks and curbs shall be kept in good repair and condition at all times and shall be of the same material as the original construction.
   (G)   Nothing in this section shall be construed to affect any sidewalk, crosswalk or curb heretofore constructed by ordinance or under the supervision of the Council or anyone authorized to superintend the construction of same.
   (H)   For the purpose of regulating the construction of sidewalks and curbs, the Business District of the city is hereby designated as Spruce Street and Maple Street, First, Second, Third, Fourth, Fifth, Sixth, Seventh and Eighth Streets, between Maple Street and the alley 100 feet north of Spruce Street.
   (I)   All sidewalks in the business section or adjacent to any property of a business or public nature shall be located adjacent to the curb and shall be 12 feet wide and at least four inches in thickness.
   (J)   All driveways or entrances or passageways for vehicular traffic shall be constructed of concrete and at least six inches in thickness.
   (K)   All sidewalks on First Street, commonly known as Spruce Street extended, and on Second Street, commonly known as Maple Street extended, between the east side of Railroad Avenue and the west side of Bender Avenue shall be constructed with the outer edge 17.5 feet from the center of said street and adjacent to the curb of said street as now constructed.
   (L)   All curbs on Harris Street between the east side of Fourth Street and the alley between Fifth and Sixth Streets shall be located or placed six feet from the property line on said streets.
   (M)   All sidewalks on the south side of Harris Street from the alley west of Sixth Street to the east side of Fourth Street shall be located with the outer edge 18 feet from the center of said street and shall be eight feet in width.
   (N)   All sidewalks on the east side of Fourth Street from the south side of Harris Street south for 186 feet shall be constructed with the outer edge 26 feet, six inches from the centerline of said street, adjacent to the curb and with the parking space between the sidewalk and the property line.
   (O)   All sidewalks on Railroad Avenue between the south side of Spruce Street and the south side of Doborout Street shall be four feet in width and constructed along and adjacent to the property line and with a parking strip of 18 inches only, between sidewalk and curb.
