§ 152.35 CURBS AND CURBING IN RESIDENTIAL DISTRICTS.
   (A)   All curbs and curbing on all streets in residential districts within the city, except where the curbs or curbing now is or hereinafter may be by ordinance located otherwise, shall be located with the outside edge of the curb or the curb nearest the center of the street, located ten feet from the property line on streets running north and south and 12 feet from the property line on streets running east and west.
   (B)   Residential districts within the city are designated and defined to be and include all districts within said city except the following districts:
      (1)   Spruce Street from the west side of First Street to the west side of Railroad Avenue;
      (2)   Maple Street from the west side of First Street to the west side of Railroad Avenue; and
      (3)   All cross streets between the north side of Maple Street and the south side of Ash Street from First Street to Eighth Street, inclusive.
