§ 152.16 FILING OF ORDINANCES.
   The City Recorder shall file copies of the ordinance establishing the local improvement district and the assessment ordinance with the Director of Records and Elections of the county; provided, however, that failure to file such ordinances shall not invalidate or affect any proceedings in connection with the local improvement district and shall not impose any liability on the city, the City Recorder or any official, officer or employee of the city.
