(A) Summary abatement. City officials may proceed to summarily abate a building that is unmistakably dangerous which imminently endangers human life or property. The owner of the building or property shall reimburse the city for costs incurred in abating the structure.
(B) Errors in procedure. Failure to conform to the requirements of this subchapter, not substantially affecting a legal right of a person, will not invalidate a proceeding under this subchapter.
