§ 150.35 HEARING.
   At the hearing, the owner or other persons interested in the dangerous building shall have a right to be heard. The Council, as part of the hearing, may inspect the building and may consider the facts observed during the inspection in determining whether or not said building is dangerous. The Council may also request information regarding the condition of the building from the building or property owner and city officials.
